Attendance: Kerry Ashburn, Rob Keys, Rebbecca Tuck, Becky Luke, Mindy Aumann.

Treasurer’s Report: Plaques and awards need to be paid for: total $500.00.

Will be getting a kick-back from Don Twombley about 2 weeks after picture day.

Concession Report: Kerry will be talking to Audra about getting an outlet for the concession stand on the junction box of the light pole next to concession.

Field Prep Report: Planned maintenance: we will replace one thing every year. Possibly replace mite goal post this year. Matt will be looking into prices.

Coaches Report: Kerry ordered whistles and first aid kits. They still need to be paid for.

Bob Brown will be doing a soccer camp and coaches clinic next season at a cost of $500.00, camp will be included in registration fee.

Sponsors Report: Cindy will be getting the list of sponsors to Rebbecca.

Website: The site needs a new counter, everything else looks great. Mindy will be posting info about scholarships for rec players on the site.

Referees: We have 5 refs right now, Rob will be looking into getting more (again :o) ). Discussed ordering yellow adult pinneys for refs, also 3rd coach could ref game if needed on some teams.

Other Items Discussed: Extra t-shirts will be ordered by Friday Sept. 14.

Volunteer forms- everyone is checking out.

Registration forms will be updated for 2008. New fee of $25.00 with a possible early bird discount.
